High Maintenance: said about a girl (usually) who needs; 100% attention, fine clothes, flowers, to be picked up and taken home, fine dinners, gifts, to feed / walk her cat-dog, love, compliments, called 4 times a day, plus sms every 2 hours, suprises, glamrous job (for u and her), beautiful things, house and city flat, travel, and lots and lots of adoration.

Low Maintenance; One beer and you look nice and she/he is yours (often said about men if sex is promised).

This is a very common English phrase.....not known to many in these parts..... it originates from car termanology...as in Rolls Royce - high, Subaru - low.

So which are you; Rolls or Subaru?
