the main problam is  to  find thr  right  neighberhood .

u  can fall  easily if  u  dont have  an honest  agent .

"who will be alert  to  tell u  that the location  u  r  going  to  purchase the hause  is  "dump .

its  a 1 out  of  100 to find  a  descent  one for  about 50 -70 000$

U CAN  RENT  IT OUT FOR AS MUCH  AS 700$ DEPENDS  .

OR  IF  IT IS  AFTER  REHAB  U  CAN  SELL  IT  FOR  25% MORE .

I  DONT  BUY  CONDOS !!!

THOSE  R  TROUBLE FROM  THE  BEGIGNING .

U HAVE TO PAY  association fee 250-350 $  AND  HAVE  TO  PAY  WETHER  ITS OCCUPIED  OR NOT .

AND THERE  R HA WHO WILL  NOT ALLOW  U  TO  RENT  IT  !!!

ONLY  HOUSES WITH  A NICE  YARD, THE AMERICAN DREAM, SO  ITS  EASY TO  RENT .
