It's a bit cold here, and as always I didn't bring warm enough clothes, and somehow both Asu and I have become sick. I am sure Nimrod is enjoying our constant sniffing and complaining.

It's all a bit too middle east for me I have to admit, the local population resembles shoppers in Bat Yam, and it's a ratio of 100 to 20 men to women. Which means there are short, badly dressed, overly communicative hairy men everywhere.

We are however enjoying ourseleves. You know how it is.....walking all day, sore feet, eating great dinners and finding new pleasure in simple things, like taking the bus.

As I swore I would not buy pashmina's, turkish delight or blue glass shaped like an eye.....I have nothing to buy.

I have to say though Turkish is quite impossible.................still haven't managed to master 'thankyou'.

I miss something but I don't know what it is..................
