יחד עם זאת אם החנות תפצה את הלקוח וימסרו מסמכים תומכים לכך, אזי לא תוסר החנות מהקניון שהרי יתכן שהדבר קרה בגלל טעות אנוש.

בכל מדינה חוק הגנת הצרכן יחול על העסקאות שבוצעו באותה מדינה.

באשר לעמלות שיגבו מהחנויות הן יהיו רק עבור מכירות.

לא תגבה עמלה על הקמת חנות ולא על העלאת מוצרים (בשונה מאתרי המכירות הוותיקים הבינלאומיים).
