Last month we decided (once again) to visit in one of the most beautiful cities in Europe- Prague!

As we consider ourselves as escape room lovers, we knew for sure that we must make the time (in between the city tours) and play in at least one escape room.

On our former visit we played at Mind Maze facility and we had a great experience

You can read all about it here.

It was obvious that we will go back there, especially due to the fact that they have inaugurate a new room 3 weeks before our visit.

For us it was much exciting to play at a new room with new story & new adventure.

The new room theme is Jule Verene adventure and it called after his submarine- Nautilus!

we were 4 team members with experience of 91, 83, 11 and 3 rooms.

We arrived Mind Maze location at Balbínova 32 very easily and met there the game master Ondra, which was very kind and offered us hot/cold drinks. As this was a very cold day, I said that I can use a glass of tea :-) meanwhile drinking, I was impressed by the new spacious, cozy lobby.

Afterwords we also met András, one of the room owner.

It was great to get to know one of the persons who came up with the room idea including everything behind it, and made it to so enjoyable game.

And back to the game... Ondra gave us a brief on the behavioral rules in the room and told us the room story:

A letter from a rich genius professor reaches into our hands. In his letter he asks for our team help.

In order to do so we have to drive Nautilus submarine, the adventure is waiting for us!

When we entered the room we got introduced with the professor in a very cool way...

As we started to play, we ran all over the place and tried to search for hints in order to solve the puzzles.

I have to say that the puzzles weren't easy, but still solvable, and for me it was just perfect to know that the riddles are in high challenging level, which makes the room much more interesting.

There was a lot to observe and to connect with other team members.

At the beginning the puzzles were parallel (which means that many puzzles can be solved in a random order), but in the continues the puzzles became linear.

while trying to figure things out, I stopped everything and looked at the room decoration, which together with the soundtrack at the background, gave a very strong feeling of authenticity, made the room realistic, and off course very much Jules Verneian.

The division of the room to the various spaces was just perfect, and as we progressed through the spaces, it made the story to come alive (at least by feeling) and was very much fun to explore.

Finally we manage to escape after 1:06 hour with 3 hints (challenging already said ;-)

So if you’re staying in Prague, and you want to have a great escape experience with lots of fun, you should visit to Nautilus!
