| Hello and Good day The first subject i will raise is the strengthening of the Israeli Shekel; this will represent my view which might be extreme to some people. Over the past several months Israel has been experiencing the strength of the Shekel across the board, different people have different view on the subject while the policy makers don’t interfere but take the advantage of decreasing the amount of debt Israel has to the rest of the world, while many explain it by the strong financial economy other by exports increasing number and some by the stock market in Israel. But unfortunately i am not one of these people, i can only see the bad things that arise from this situation such the export numbers will only decrease as all products are not competing abroad(especially vegetables and fruits). Israel is trying to paint all the picture in Pink although there are main problems such as; war on the doorstep, corruption throughout the government( or at least according to the papers), Rockets are being fired everyday almost reaching Ashdod which has one of the biggest ports in Israel. Now you ask yourself is Israel economy better than US or better than EU, Well according to what i hear that one of the main players that keeps on strengthening the Shekel is not other the Arab countries that have a lot of money and manipulate the market to weaken the Israeli economy and why nobody does anything about it is a good question.
