So many of you are freelance or are your own boss. But some of us still work for the 'MAN' and I can tell you it stinks.

The MAN expects you to come to work early (while they stroll in at 11am)

The MAN expects you to work late for free (while they leave at 3pm)

The MAN expects you to work everyday (while they hardly manage 4 days)

The MAN expects you to work 100% (while paying you 25%)

The MAN expects you to work 100% but never appreciates you.

The MAN expects you to understand there are no pay increases or bonus's (while they have a huge salary, car and phone from work) 

All I can say is fuck the MAN, just as they have been doing to me and my kind for years.
