In 1997 I left the UK and moved to Tel Aviv, my place of birth. After 22 years of feeling out of place and basically unhappy in England I finally started to feel more whole.

Yes it's been a lot of ups and downs learning to live in a different culture and there have been many people and places I have missed, sometimes so much I have jumped back and spent a considerable time back in the UK, but all in all I love Israel and consider it a large part of myself...somewhere I feel totally well with who I am.

Now I am in the UK and I am surrounded by family and friends....and I still miss you, Tel Aviv.

I thought I had found someone to share my life with in Israel.....knowing that that combination of mr. right and my hometown would make me more happy then anything else in the world.

But just as before (see 2006) I will no doubt end up alone again, because of you (TA).

But without you I am only half a person, and anyone that wants to be with me has to accept you as well.......
