I am sorry however, I would never want to use the services the Sheraton hotels.
Sadly, my partner wanted to surprise me with a "fun day" at the Atlantis spa for my birthday celebration. 

The "fun" day started with me waiting for 15 minutes all by myself in the lobby for my massage. 

During the massage session the woman who treated me told me that it is a good thing that my partner paid only for the 30 min. session due to the fact that it's my first time there, and it would be too hard for me to receive the complete session.  

After my session was finished I waited for my partner around 15 minutes and therefore was curious to where he was. He told me that the whole time he was in his massage session. Therefore, I asked him how long was the session supposed to be and he replied- 50 min. 

We contacted the people in charge who treated us very badly and said that all they can offer us is cake and coffee and that they provided the service as well as they could. 

It is truly sad that a hotel with the reputation of Sheraton has such low quality of staff and services. We felt cheated and because we did not want to ruin my celebration we did not argue. 

In addition, I would like to add that the spa it self is poorly taken care of and looks dirty and old. Not to mention the food - the main expensive dishes were out and so I settled for a hamburger and French fries – the dish was not cooked.

I would rather go to a McDonald's instead which give much better food and service. 
Just before we left the hotel, we encountered a man using a lantern looking for something, we asked him what he was looking for and he answered that if he tells us we wouldn't eat there and we would probably checkout of the hotel… 

It seems like the hotel is not earning enough money thus offering their low spa services for all.

My partner said that the main thing that this hotel can do to increase its sales is - a good murder case.
I didn't want to volunteer to be part of that case. 

The whole experience felt like we had paid for a Limousine or a Lexus and received an old Subaru experience instead. 

Please note that I will suggest to all the people I know and all the people I will get to know in the future to always pick another hotel instead of the Sheraton experience. 

We are very lucky to have a good sense of humor which saved the day.
