    The best way to use anger is to tunnel it in to your art  (filmgeek 08.07.07)                            

    I have been painting since 6.30pm, I am hot, I am sweating, my house smells of fumes created by oil paint and turpentine. I am exhausted.  As I light my cigarette, and try and find a clean spot to sit in, I look across the room at my new little creation.  

    She’s not big or strong and she doesn’t have a name. She wasn’t born from happiness and yet she fills the room with joy. She isn’t similar to anything I have painted before, she is totally unique, an outcome of heartbreak and anger, and yet she calms my soul. I no longer feel the bitterness of the morning, and no memories cloud my mind. I am content here with her by my side.

     

    I am an ART-cold-bitch after all.

      well it doesn't help with everything but it's definantly good to release a bit of anger and disapointment....

      but now my nails are full of paint....hehe

       re-living is true...it doesn't solve all my heartace but it certainly fuels my anger into a more positive place.
