What amazes me is that although the papers and TV can't stop banging on about us being in the worst recession ever, blah blah....that the world is coming down about our ears, can anyone explain to me why flat screen TV's cost £500 plus and people are actually buying them???? Why do people pay £100 for an Ipod that needs to be replaced every year with new technology.


But isn't that always the way, look at me, I haven't got any money at all and a small child to support, but does she go hungry? Is she wearing cheap supermarket clothes? Infact I don't go without anything....well I guess I kind of do, or at least I worry more with every piece of Gap baby I buy. I might be less carefree but much like the British public....I continue to shop.


Will it be the end of us? I don't think so, I heard once that inorder to get better when your sick you need to act as you would when you were healthy....it promotes quick recovery.
