Did I ever tell you I used to live in Paris. Well I did for 2 years. Now I know practically everyone hates the French. That Israeli’s in particular don’t have any great love for Europe, but I have to tell you, Paris, is amazing. It’s like living in a film, everyday. The first year I hardly spoke French, and this just added to my fantasy, as I could pretend they were all being terribly romantic and passionate. If they were rude, I didn't feel it (and come on no worse then here for sure). I have to be honest, I was really happy there, I put on weight (the pastries, OMG), the people I met where interesting and so serious and even I felt a bit glamrous (when I wasn't covered in paint).
It’s my kind of city; terrific cinemas, cafes, shopping, the women are fabulous, models walk the streets, the men melt you when they speak, you can smoke anywhere and everyone sleeps, eats and drinks Amour. Ok maybe I was just young and idealistic…..(a bowl of mulim with fries and I am easily impressed). But when you spend your days eating delicious food, being made love to, and talking about cinema...... …..I ask you how can you not love Paris? |
