Requirements:

Expert knowledge of HTML/CSS Strong command of web standards
Expert knowledge of JavaScript
CSS-based design, cross-browser compatibility
Object Oriented JavaScript
Frameworks -Prototype JS, jQuery, MooTools, Dojo, etc
an able & experience building world-class, consumer web application interfaces
Excellent programming in PHP, Ruby, Node.js, Python, or ASP.NET
Ability to write high-performance, reusable code for UI components
Knowledgeable foundation in interaction design principles
Passion for performance debugging and benchmarking
Good understanding of web technologies (HTTP, Apache, Nginx or IIS) and familiarity with Unix/Linux and/or Windows server
Familiarity with SEO principles
Two-tree years of experience building rich web applications
