Requirements
• 4+ years experience of application design and development
• Web application development experience - Databases, server-side, AJAX, HTML, jQuery &CSS
• Desire to work with modern technologies and tools (RoR, Git, Capistrano etc’) and ability to
dive-in and learn new technologies fast
• Ability to carry requirements from early phase to full implementation
• Good familiarity with Unix/Linux
• Advantage for developers with experience in Ruby and RoR
• Advantage for developers with experience in deploying web application into a production
web server environment and scaling on the cloud
• Familiarity with agile software development and passion for quality and continuous improvement
