Responsibilities:
• Planning, localization and management of marketing promotions and campaign for both online and offline media
• Management and development of online affiliates, business partners, media owners and key accounts where applicable
• Analyze marketing effectiveness and performance, producing weekly / monthly reports highlighting the live activities and their relevant successes
• Work closely with retention team in order to deliver successful and ROI optimized campaigns
• Participate in Online and Offline PR activities for the interactive business
• Develop and deploy landing pages and personalized website experiences for relevant audience segments
• Brief and lead in house/external creative teams to develop innovative, eye catching and effective advertising creative
• Help expand the presence across social media and emerging platforms
• Willing to travel often to our different office locations and affiliate conferences.
Skill Set & Experience:
• Professional marketing qualifications.
• Extensive knowledge of the international iGaming industry.
• Experience of creating commercial proposals and negotiating contracts.
• A minimum of 3-5 years marketing experience in online marketing, sales, managing affiliates and business development.
• At least 5 years’ experience working for a Playtech operator.
• Experience in the online casino business essential.
• Experience of running mass reach B2C acquisition marketing campaigns across multiple publishers, networks, exchanges and yield optimizers.
• Understanding of latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
• Understanding of audience segmentation and targeting techniques to maximize acquisition rates.• Exposure to internet and interactive technologies.
• Native speaking in English, with Spanish being and advantage.
