Sales Operations manager

Follow-up with sales group regarding customer meetings
Assist in consolidation of new opportunities by facility
Track new opportunities by facility in terms of sales process
Ability to provide administrative support to the sales team
Handle travel and meeting requests
Keep track of the sales team's calendar and contacts
Requirements
2-5 years of experience in sales or marketing related role
Selfless team player mentality
Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a changing environment
Strong aptitude to learn new things easily
Creative problem solving skills . Precise attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience using CRM tools, comfort with salesforce.com - an advantage
Sales background, familiarity with Saas technology - an advantage
Fluent in English, additional European languages - an advantage
