first degree in computer science or equivalent . 

4+  years of experience in leading large development teams (over 10 employees)

5+ years of experience with web applications

Experience with OOD & OOP

4+ years of experience in dot.net technologies

experience with database development (sql / t-sql)

Ability to lead development tasks from requirements phase through design and implementation

Finance knowledge and background – a big advantage
