Lead Developer for a great startup

Requirements:
+ BSc or higher in Computer Science
+ At least 5 years of end-to-end JAVA server-side and web development
2 years of experience building rich web applications using JavaScript, AJAX and
JQuery.
+ Expert in building multi-layer web applications using
Guice/Rest/Spring/JPA.
+ Expert in JavaScript programming. Familiar with the
Object-Oriented JavaScript coding style and expertise in CSS architecture and
implementation.
+ Familiar with RDBMS, preferably MySQL
