Position’s general overview:

A junior position for Account Manager.

The Account Manager seeks out new affiliates, manage existing affiliates, reactivate lapsed affiliate accounts, understand their needs and provide support and solutions in real time.

Analyze performance and recommend implement improvements to meet affiliates’ online marketing objectives.

Demonstrate business values and application of our analytic tools and analyze profitability of affiliate campaigns.

General characteristics required for the position:

• Advantage: prior experience in a similar position/online marketing  
• Mandatory: fluent English and additional language (FR, RU, SE, IT)
• Degree in economics, industrial management, management, information systems, marketing, business administration.
• Computer knowledge: internet, "Microsoft office"
• Representative 
• High level human relations and team work
• Excellent written and oral communication skills 
• High level sales and negotiation skills
• High level of initiative, creativity and ability to “think outside the box”
• Manage stressful situations and deadline pressures well
• Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
• The right person must be pro-active and demonstrate a passion for excellence and success.
• High level of responsibility.
