·         

·         Creative, fast learner, thorough, organized and with broad system view – a must

·         At least 5 years of actual coding experience on VS.Net in C#, including at least 1 year in ASP.Net based web development – a must

·         At least 2 years of actual team leading experience of a development of a medium to large system – a must

·         Good knowledge in OOP and software architecture design – a must

·         Experience in writing high level design, detailed design and architecture design documentation, including some technical documentation (in English), UML and database design – a must

·         Profound DB and SQL knowledge, preferably MS SQL 2005 – a must

·         .Net Compact Framework coding experience or other mobile device development experience, with sometimes-connected characteristics – a major advantage

·         Experience in an agile team (XP, Scrum) – an advantage

·         Fluent/mother tongue English – reading, writing and speaking – a must

 ·         Willing to travel abroad if necessary
