Department – R&DReporting to - General Manager, Israel Description* Managing the R&D organization * Leading the development of current and new products
* Leading and developing the short and long-term strategy of the R&D department
* Initiating and continuing R&D processes
Requirements
* At least 5 years experience as VP R&D of a global company.
*experience in managing cross functional departments
* Required education - At least a second degree in engineering (electrical
engineeringcomputer engineeringbio-medical engineering)
* English – mother tongue level
* Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
* Creativity and innovation
Beginning of work: Immediate.
