Candidate is expected to have experience in the following:

 

• Object Oriented Design and Programming in Java or C++
• Database-driven Web Application development, designed to
  support millions of users
• Superior knowledge in HTML, XHTML, JavaScript, XML and AJAX.
• Lives and breaths the Web and Web 2.0 worlds.

  

The following is an advantage:

• Experience in J2EE and/or the following Open-source frameworks, such as Hibernate and Spring.
• Experience in PHP or RoR development
• Facebook application development
• Management of R&D teams.
