Regional Director – Solution Engineering (Japan), with more than 6 years of experience with enterprises and contact center performance management solutions, both in design and high touch sales working with BPO, global financial services and MNC organizations .

Prior to being relocated to Japa, I spent 4 years in Hong Kong working for NICE APAC across South East Asia gaining business and cultural experience in India, Philippines, Australia, Thailand & Singapore.


I am holding a degree in Information Systems Management and finance from “Hmichlala Leminhal” and MBA from Hull University UK.
